Thorough, fair, unbiased and great communications.
Our experience with New Edge has been hassle free and communications are efficient and thorough. Karen has a wealth of experience and is proactive in making sure issues are resolved quickly and also in managing the finances, letting us know we'll ahead of time if we have any payments that may need attention. We have had professionalism and kindness but with a very clear communication of expectations as we have entered into the lease agreement. I would highly recommend New Edge to both the Landlord and tenant. They are unbiased and fair in all of their dealings.
