Hi Marcelo, Thank you for your recent management takeover of our property. I would like to say how impressed I am by your professionalism in such a short time. The outgoing tenants left on 11th October and you organised new tenants to move in on 13th October, truly outstanding! Also, you followed up on my request and arranged with me to do a departing tenant inspection on the 12th October. What stands out to me is with raining cold conditions, you were sick for a week and pulled yourself out of sick bed to do inspection on 12th, beyond dedication!
