We contacted NG Farah to take over the leasing of our property from another Real Estate who was struggling to find us a suitable tenant for our vacant property and providing us with a substandard service. Conor from NG Farah got in contact with us and made the process so simple and efficient, Within a week we had a tenant signed up with a significant rent increase which the other agent said would be difficult to achieve. Our property has now been managed by NG Farah for 9 months and they have kept us updated with any problems and issues as well as providing us a thorough property inspection when due. Highly recommend the property management team who provides a great service for its customers.
