N G. Farah have managed my investment property at Kensington for over 25 years. Throughout this time, they have been diligent and professional in securing excellent long term tenants with little vacancy time. I particularly want to commend Grace Lavorato, who has managed my property over recent years. She has been highly effective in sourcing tenants to ensure their suitability for my property. I have been very impressed with the quality of the tenants Grace has arranged. I highly recommend this agency to landlords who want their properties professionally managed.

Grace has been very responsive, pragmatic and proactive throughout the time she has managed my property. Very efficient service when the tenants ended the lease after a number of years and new tenancy starting immediately after the old one. Thanks for all your help!
