These guys are head and shoulders the best property managers in Coogee. Twice now I have reaped top dollar rental return when putting my place on the rental market. They have an enormous database that drives massive interest. First time I got a tenant within 24 hours above my asking price after a big turn out to a once only viewing. Second time within 48 hours again above my asking price after a big turn out and once only viewing. They have the local knowledge and local connections - total rock stars !!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with James Daniel in my search for a rental property, and his professionalism and communication skills made the process incredibly smooth. Whether it was through text messages or phone calls, James was always prompt in responding to any queries or requests I had. His responsiveness is impressive, often replying within minutes, which was a great comfort amidst the stress and uncertainty of finding a rental. Importantly, James played a key role in communicating with the landlord. He was not only quick in conveying my needs and concerns to the landlord but also efficient in helping both parties reach an agreement, saving me a great deal of time and effort. Throughout the process, he maintained a high level of professionalism and politeness, making me feel respected and at ease. Overall, James Daniel is an exceptionally professional and communicative real estate agent. I would unhesitatingly recommend him to anyone in search of housing. He makes my rental experience so smooth and enjoyable.

With a brand new property being settled, NG Farah has been very helpful from the start offering their professional knowledge and support from pre-settlement inspection follow-up to finding a suitable tenant. The efficiency and care shown throughout the process impresses me a lot and I have no hesitation in recommending NG Farah to anyone looking for an agent to take care of their properties.

Communication was clear, consistent and careful. Great to see that the Business Development Manager understands the market and knows the needs of both landlords and potential tenants to be able to approach things in a professional and helpful way. Awesome to have a successful lease 2 days after the 1st and only open inspection.

N.G. Farah was the selling agent, so it was only natural that I listed my property for rent with them. I truly mean it when I say that they are second to none in our area. No other agent knows our area as much as this agency. I would not even consider using another agent. My current contact, Amelia, is very friendly and professional, and gives sound advice. She is very responsive and always consider the needs of both landlord and tenants. I am incredibly thrilled that they released my property in the first viewing leaving a very small gap between my last tenants and new ones. They seem to have knack for finding the right fit. My last tenants were an absolute delight and are only leaving because they bought their own home. I cannot recommend Amelia and the team at NG Farah highly enough.

I had a fantastic example of communication with my agent which detailed the process being undertaken while new tenants were being found. Everything was efficient and a good price was included in the application.
