We viewed a few properties and quickly found the one we wanted. The landlord was overseas and not easy to get hold of but the NG Farah team kept the communication up throughout and worked hard to make things happen for us. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful and very responsive to our questions along the way.

No prior connection with Kade Ashton and cold called multiple agents and chose him. As a Landlord of multiple properties, I found him to be excellent to deal with. Transparent, efficient with great communication between my wife and I who had shared correspondece as we are time poor with delegated tasks even after business hours. He possesses the business acumen and confidence to pivot for the best outcome for the landlord. I highly recommend his service.
