Unlike other agents we met at around the same time, Cam didn't try to pressure us into selling before we were ready, but was always ready and willing to assist with any questions. He impressed us with how quickly he identified the key selling points for our unit and explained how he'd market it for sale. After we were successful at an auction on a Saturday, Cam and his team worked quickly so that our apartment was listed for sale the following Wednesday. He was realistic in his price guidance throughout and maintained good communication. On auction day, Cam worked hard to get us the best price in challenging circumstances.

It is really different making the decision to invest in a property, and even more difficult finding a good property and making the purchase, especially in the current market.
