Cam’s local knowledge and work ethic truly separates him from the pack in the eastern suburbs. There was never a time where we felt uncomfortable or uninformed during the whole process which takes a lot of stress out of it. His work ethic is to be commended, constantly giving feedback or shooting ideas at any time or day of the week. We would not use any other agent in this region as we feel we would be selling ourself short, could not recommend him and his team enough!

My son was the owner of above property and we bought this property through Joe (N G Farah) and subsequently successfully sold by Joe and Gem last month. We handed over the above property to Gem & Joe to organise coordination in between the buyer and seller and other activities. We found that Gem Basol is also very professional, flexible, extremely helpful and calm person. We found that your Mr Gem Basol is a soft spoken, well-trained, excellent customer service provider, planner and organiser. Not only that, he is also very energetic in meeting the buyers and sellers to convince them with their queries. We personally are very much impressed with his work attitude and professionalism and would not hesitate to mention that Gem is an asset for N G Farah. We chose these guys because we saw them everywhere, selling everything, and had many friends tell us to choose Steve.
