Many agents will give you very inflated projected sale figures to get you to sign an agency agreement.Theo was very realistic and ultimately very close to the figure at which our house sold.We were given a full range of options to market and kept advised personally at every step. We sold when many are having difficulty doing so.

My partner and I both in the real estate industry just purchased our principal place of residence through Joe Recep. What an amazing agent! Joe and his personal assistant Rebecca were always accommodating and very attentive. They were both totally transparent throughout the negotiation process. Nothing was an issue at all.
