We met Dan completely by chance while casually looking at a property, not even sure whether we wanted to buy or sell. The first house we viewed didn’t quite fit our budget, and that’s when Dan said, “Hey, I’ve got another one you might like.” We went to take a look… and it turned out to be the perfect fit for us! To be honest, we expected the usual, run-of-the-mill interaction you get with most real estate agents. Nothing exciting. Nothing surprising. Well… Dan had other plans. He turned out to be absolutely amazing. He coordinated with every person we needed to involve, organised everything like a pro, and kept us in the loop the whole way through. Because of the timing around securing the new place, we needed to sell our current home very quickly and at a specific price. Honestly, we thought that combo was a unicorn-level ask — rare and probably mythical. But Dan? He made it happen. He sold our house within 24 hours for the exact amount we needed. We’re still not entirely convinced he doesn’t have superpowers.
