We’re still not entirely convinced he doesn’t have superpowers. Dan was outstanding. His knowledge of the local market conditions led to a much better price than I expected, and when an insurance claim was necessary during acceptance, was in regular communication with both myself and the buyer to keep everything moving and everyone happy. He attended building inspections and insurance assessments to ensure he had firsthand information, and his advice and assistance helped the sale get through when many would have waited out the insurance and remarked the property then. I could not be happier with Dan - he kept in contact, engaged and fully informed about all aspects throughout the process.
