So much better service and engagement than others can provide. The team at NGU assisted us with changing property managers and then through a cosmetic renovation prior to re-listing and renting the property well above our expectations. I had issues with my tenant and Leona treated it as if it were her house, providing advice and not worried about taking further action in order to have someone in ther that would look after it. Leona had constant communication and was easy to talk to, often getting things done outside normal business hours. I would highly recommend her
