Previous tenants lease ended, they recommended to raise the rent by $100.Had to trust them, cause they know better. Previous tenant refused to pay money they owe as rent, the agent called me during their virtual meeting between RTA and previous tenant.The agent explained that we can take the previous tenant to Court, that the agent will go to court on my behalf , and I will have to pay them for their time in court.I asked the agent questions about this matter and also made a suggestion for the previous tenant to pay only half the money owed.A few minutes later, a got the call from the agent again to say she had put forward my suggestion and the previous tenant agreed.This excellent communication avoided a stressful situation for me.
