I had issues with my tenant and Leona treated it as if it were her house, providing advice and not worried about taking further action in order to have someone in ther that would look after it. Ellie went above and beyond for us. We had a very bad experience with our bond cleaners and she did everything in her power to make it right. The team at NGU were great to deal with and are great at their jobs. The house we rented needed a little love in the yard and Ellie gave us the freedom to redo the gardens and make it safer for our daughter. All in all we had a great experience with the team at NGU and hope that we find another house through them 😀
