This was beneficial in understanding the value we could expect for the house. Chris actually sold the house without going to market which we appreciated. Our opinion of Real Estate Agents in Toowoomba was not very high until we met Matt from NGU. Although we were the buyers and not the sellers Matt couldn't do enough to help us.
