Exceeding expectations
Matt has gone above and beyond to sell our house. We had quite a bit of obstacles down the road and Matt helped us out, even outside normal working hours. Matt is a quick thinker, fast and hard worker and has given us helpful and solid advice. And not the least he is also a big-hearted person!

Exceptional Agent!
Matt is an exceptional agent! He listened to us and was always there to offer his honest thoughts/opinions when we were unsure about anything. Matt was able to achieve us a result that far exceeded our expectations, he never over promised anything, just did what he said he was going to do and delivered a fabulous outcome. Stress free and helpful experience
I just want to thank Matt for helping us get over the line in purchasing our vacant block in Blue mountain heights. It was a bit stressful with the bank wanting us to provide some details we couldn't get ahold of for 3 weeks but I gave Matt a call and he said he would speak to the seller about an extension and within minutes he was calling me back saying everything was sorted and the immediate stress relief which followed can not be described. He was super easy to deal with and very friendly. Thanks for the great experience and for getting us under contract so quickly and easily.

Best agent in Toowoomba
I approached Matt after noticing him selling a few houses in kearneys spring, I wasn’t sure whether to sell my house then but he offered me all options with risk assessment.
