Nick and his team could not be faulted in the way they marketed my elderly father's property. Their valued advice included : - where to spend money on advertising (saving many thousands of dollars). - recommending tradespeople. - advising on how best to present the house for sale. - ensuring contracts were in order for the campaign. - giving regular updates on buyer interest and likely selling price on the auction day. Nick has a genuine passion for real estate, and assisted by the very personable Sarah Korbel, I was always confident of a good outcome on the auction day. Nick and Sarah were the consumate professionals, and most importantly, they had a friendly rapport with potential buyers.
