Dealing with Shellie took away a lot of the stress involved with selling my house. It started with the initial listing showing the house and property at its best with excellent photographs and drone footage. Thereafter, she was excellent in facilitating communication between buyer and seller. When I was prepared to accept a particular offer, she advised me that she was sure I'd get a better offer if I waited and that is exactly what happened. The offer that I finally accepted, was $10K more than what I was initially prepared to accept. I would highly recommend Shellie to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable, professional and knowledgeable agent who will offer sound advice - Dudley Goodes

Less than 24 hours on the market and we had a full asking price offer. Right House, Right Time, Right Buyers & Right Agent... all with minimal fuss. We appreciated the professionalism and knowledge of Shellie and Sasha and would buy or sell with them again in a heartbeat!

Shellie demonstrated great local knowledge and communication skills. She was able to find an appropriate buyer for us in a very short time frame. She advised us about properties that suited us for sale and was able to convince the vendor that our offer was very reasonable. What a magician to be able to coordinate the sale and purchase of 3 different properties at the same time. Thanks Shellie.

Shellie was super helpful throughout the whole home-buying process, we were first time buyers and not even her clients but she still took the time to answer our questions about how to navigate the ins and outs of purchasing. Wonderful service, highly recommend!
