Rental and Sales summary
To John and Cindy we would like to say thank you for your services in handling our rental property and also the sale. Over the years we have dealt with many real estate agents and a lot of them have been a bad experience, to find and have Noble Real Estate handle our rental property was a real eye opener, We have never experienced a real estate business that knows exactly how to screen the tenants but also the monthly statements (always on time), They have quality tradesmen who do not rip you off, They also did 3 monthly inspections with a report and photos being sent to us, Phone calls never went unanswered, We would not hesitate to recommend Noble Real Estate to any one, Thank you John and Cindy and all your lovely staff.

Sold in a Flash
We were very happy with the sale of our unit in Tuncurry. John Loadsman - from the first point of contact to the final sale was wonderful to deal with. Easy and pleasant
John Loadsman was a thoroughly professional estate agent. He was able to show the reasons for setting a price, brought only those clients he really thought would be able to purchase, and did it all with gentlemanly ease. He would also go the extra mile to be helpful even after the sale had been undertaken and is certainly a pleasure to work with, as was Vicki Bidner when she helped in John's absence.

Approachable, Friendly and very Helpful :)
John Loadsman made a stressful situation easy. We were purchasing our first investmet property and didn't know a lot about anything to do with real estate. John was friendly and very helpful. Also very forthcoming with information to help us in our decisions on whether to purchase our first investment property.
