Property Purchase
John was a pleasure to deal with. Was very accommodating to our needs and made us feel very relaxed about the process once we had decided to purchase a property. My experience as a buyer.
If I was selling a property, John would be my first choice. We were relaxed about buying, didn't have to buy but were interested. I had put the idea on the back burner then John called to follow up on our enquiry. To make a long story short, if John hadn't call to follow up we probably wouldn't be the proud owners we are today.

We have experienced both buying and selling with John.
From the beginning John was very professional and up front with the realities of buying a home that needed a lot of love. Throughout 3 years of renovating and upgrading that house into a beautiful home, John stayed in touch with us and visited the house to see each new development. At that stage we had not thought about selling. Later when we did decide to sell, John was the logical choice of agent. He knew the market very well and assessed the value of the property at a value that we felt was appropriate. He managed to sell our home even in the middle of Covid through effort and positive attitude. He always gave us good advice and was always available for answering our queries.

Great overall experience
John is very personable and had a very good knowledge of the area and market, including information about neighbouring developments and local services. He also was able to provide information about the renovation of the house. John responded very promptly to any queries also made good referrals to a local conveyancer. Overall a very pleasant experience and smooth transaction as a buyer.
