I worked with Melisa Van der Liden from Noel Jones Mitcham in March 2021 to sell my home. Melissa brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase my home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also brought in a designer to help stage my home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Their marketing team is great. Melissa was wonderful in keeping the inspections moving along smoothly. She was always available to answer my questions and concerns. She was so responsive. I had a great experience selling my house with Noel Jones. Thank you

From our first contact up until the contract signing at 11:30pm on a Saturday night Michael's professionalism and communication exceeded all expectations. When COVID-19 related lock-downs threw a spanner in the works Michael remained positive and found creative ways to promote our property. His energy, commitment and belief never faulted as he and the team continued to work with us to achieve the best possible outcome. Michael's knowledge of the local real-estate market was incredible, always knowing what was going and he was able to leverage his professional network to provide guidance/insight on our next property purchase. Without a doubt we would sell with Michael again.

We were very grateful for Michael's knowledge of what was required to prepare the property for sale, we didn't have to spend ridiculous amounts of money. Michael's calm and confident approach made the whole experience easier especially under the difficult Covid situation. We sold the property a week after it was listed and for over our expected top price. Would highly recommend Michael's services.

I assisted my father sell the family home so he could downsize into a retirement village. We got 2 appraisal's on the house. The first agent came over and gave my father a "verbal quote" then continued to ring and text me in the hope we would get the job. Melissa came over and we received a full written quote and appraisal that night. All communication for inspections was clear and she gave us an update after every inspection. The house was sold within 2 weeks and in the middle of the price range that was estimated. I highly recommend Melissa, nothing was to much hassle and she got the job down with minimal fuss.

Melissa takes care of her clients very seriously, she always tried to accommodate all of my questions and requests promptly and thoroughly. I can see that she puts a lot of effort to cater for both the vendor and the potential buyers. I requested for last minute change to our appointments to reinspect the premise and she quickly contacted and rearranged it with the vendor. Very pleasant experience.

Mike and his team made the sale of our unit in Mitcham a smooth and easy process, despite the difficult operating environment under Covid restrictions. The price achieved was adequate and appropriate, and all potential buyers were handled with professionalism and encouragement. Overall, the sale process was almost stress free thanks to Mike, although we did need to reduce our price once the property was on the market. I would recommend Noel Jones and trust their advice and knowledge of the local market. Thank you for your assistance Mike.
