I recently sold a 4 bedroom townhouse in Mitcham and Mike Muncy as the Managing Agent did an outstanding job for me. I needed to renovate the property before presenting it for sale. This was made all the more challenging as I live in Brisbane and there were a number of Covid restrictions to navigate. Mike actively helped select and manage a great team to do a substantial reno and to present the property beautifully for sale. Mike's communications were exceptional. We recently sold our property in Mitcham with Michael and found the whole process really, really smooth. Michael has great knowledge of the local area and is well respected and known in the industry. We really enjoyed working with Michael who made the process of selling our unit really easy, straightforward and hassle free and most importantly was able to achieve a great result at auction for us. Michael further carried out the auction of our property himself which was just an added bonus.
