Angela helped us to purchase our first house together via private sale. She is a genuine person we enjoyed dealing with. She is creditable, she always got us answers for any questions we had, she met us on a busy Saturday morning at 9:30am for us to inspect the house. The communication is efficient, all calls are answered or returned promptly, and she got us an answer for our second offer in a few hours! Her honest and professional manner was what made it work for both the vendor and us as the buyer. She really made the process much easier and we highly recommend Angela to anyone in the market!

I was extremely happy with Ted's professional and personal handling with the sale of my home. He kept me informed constantly of all the interest in the property. Even though it didn't sell at Auction it did sell 10 days later at a price I was happy to accept. I would recommend Ted with confidence to my friends and general public.

Likeable, easy to communicate with, polite, allows time (not pushy) and allows the vendor to still feel in control. Also has a good support team.
