Professional with Integrity
We have know Alex Harris for 8 years and wouldn't list our property with anyone else. Being a Principle Agent myself I do find myself very stand offish to other agents/principles but with Alex Harris she totally upfront, honest and professional. Noosa4Sale also managed our property when we had to move away for work commitments and our home became a rental. They managed the tenancy exceptionally, then when it come to the sale, it was seamless. We couldn't be happier with the result. A totally professional team.

Extraordinary - Above and Beyond
Extraordinary - Alex Harris should be recognised with a Saint hood! Alex has gone above and beyond in every capacity. I am overseas and decided it was time to sell.... Alex had been recommended by a friend and had the challenging job of taking over from other agents, dealing with a break in and theft ( which I might add all worked out in the end but she didn't need the experience), taking care of every aspect of the house and grounds including repairs, Tradesmen, garden, pool, arranging for furniture to be removed, sorted, sold and given away. At every turn she said - "let me know what I can do to help?" I would have been completely lost without her extensive assistance. Alex is Professional, considerate, thorough, has extensive advertising and promotional experience - secured a write up in one of the weekend real estate mags (even my mother saw it!) Extremely grateful

Sales Campaign
Alex was professional and competent in the marketing of my property. She elicited interest and offers early on using her lists of interested buyers and then extended this out to other prospective buyers from internet and telephone enquiries so there were a good group of prospective buyers which enabled the campaign to be concluded in a shorter than expected time. Communication to keep me informed was good and she was contactable when needed to answer questions and discuss ideas. Alex went the extra mile to help out which was appreciated.

Exceptional agent who gets exceptional results.
Alex is and outstanding real estate agent. From the moment we made the decision to put our apartment on the market to the time we had an offer, Alex was nothing but professional.
