The property was a 5 acre lot with an upmarket contemporary residence embedded in a wilderness environment surrounded by Cooloola National Park on Noosa North Shore near the river mouth. Property appeal was very restricted to a small group of buyers who could appreciate both the natural environment and remoteness and privacy totally different to urban dwelling. Alex accepted the challenge with enthusiasm and professionalism not at all like some of her larger competitors who saw it as too difficult to easily sell. It was relatively undeveloped with minimal structures but potential for creative visions.
