Sole Agent to Market & sell a developed rural residential acreage
The property was a 5 acre lot with an upmarket contemporary residence embedded in a wilderness environment surrounded by Cooloola National Park on Noosa North Shore near the river mouth. Property appeal was very restricted to a small group of buyers who could appreciate both the natural environment and remoteness and privacy totally different to urban dwelling. Alex accepted the challenge with enthusiasm and professionalism not at all like some of her larger competitors who saw it as too difficult to easily sell. Always creative in self initiating marketing , Alex was able to attract the right prospects effectively culling enquiries to hone in on the realistic prospective interested buyers. This saved our valuable time so only serious inspections ensued. My husband & I were most pleased with her attitude and effectiveness and always positive approach to the whole selling process. Best performance for our many property sales over 50 years. Also sold our adjoining property at the same time. Highly recommended.

Sole Agent to market and sell a unique property
A big challenge as the property was different from normal common real estate being in a wilderness environment surrounded by National Park. It was relatively undeveloped with minimal structures but potential for creative visions. Alex was always positive, proactive and tenacious in her pursuit of a win win sale for both parties to the contract. It was one of two adjoining properties being sold by us at the same time and Alex successfully sold both to the same buyer. Great achievement!

Very happy
Alex handled both the purchase of my new home and the sale of my old one. Everything ran really smoothly and I was very pleased with the outcome. The price I got for the sale was more than a previous agent had suggested would be her maximum. On top of that, Alex coordinated everything so I was able to settle on both houses on the same day and move straight from one to the other. Very impressed!!
