I have had some people say to me that it doesnt really matter what agent you get to sell your property its all about price and who has got the lowest rate of commission. But I beg to differ. In most cases a house is the biggest investment most people will make, so in saying that you want the best agent to make sure that you maximise your result when selling that investment. Alex Harris in my view is that agent. She works tirelessly to achieve the best results for the people she works for. Some agents are after the sale, Alex is after results for her client, and goes above and beyond to achieve them. I wouldnt have any other agent handle the sale of my property.
