Seldom have I met an agent whom I feel has more than their own interests at heart
We bought the property through Alex and based on this experience we asked her to sell it 3 years later. She was able to pitch the marketing at the correct level to command the price we were looking for and the property sold 3 days after listing. Alex knew the market, assessed the top end for the property and then set about developing the the marketing plan to attract the right buyer. We always thought that Alex had our interests at heart and her previous marketing experience showed through all the way through. If you want an ethical agent one with you in front rather than the commission Alex is the person to look after you.

Alex from Noosa 4 sale tailored a fantastic off market campaign for our boutique hinterland cottage. Alex showed total professionalism, care and good advice during the whole process. After dealing with several agents in the area whilst looking to buy we met Alex at an open viewing . I knew immediately if I was wanting to sell at all I would go with her. Alex puts in 100% even if it means "out of usual office hours". Highly recommend , Thank you for selling our gorgeous Noosa hinterland property shame it was just too hot for us up there as it's a fantastic area and shall miss it.

Has plenty of experience
We requested an RP Data sales report on the area in which our unit is located. This report was not sent until after our contract was unconditional. Although we had already received this report from another agent, and would not have changed our decision to buy the unit, it is disappointing that we had to remind Alex on more than one occasion to send it to us.

Exceptional agent!
My husband and I were fortunate to have chosen Alex to market our townhouse for sale in Noosaville. From the first meet we found her to be knowledgeable about the current local realestate market, professional in her attitude, offered a good plan for optimal exposure for sale, all at a reasonable rate. Added bonus, a lovely, friendly demeanour with none of the slick salesperson spiel we all detest! Our townhouse sold very quickly and well within our asking price . We felt Alex was always working for us the vendors and not after just a "quick sale ". She kept us well informed during the process and seemed to be available to our calls 24/7! We highly recommend her if you are in need of an agent .
