Tamara and her team have been nothing short of amazing. I am confident that our property is being well looked after. From finding great tenants (in 2 days) that have been in the property for 2 years, inspections always on time, quick responses, and a very helpful team who are on top of it all it gives us great peace of mind. Having a property manager who you can trust and is all of the above is so important and really makes owning an investment property a more enjoyable experience!

I have had my home leased and managed through North Brisbane real estate for the best part of the last 4 years. Tamara and her team have been absolutely wonderful, they are punctual, easy to deal with, and provide excellent service. I not only have entrusted Tamara with my own property, but have referred her on to many friends, of whom all have the same opinion, they won’t go anywhere else. I fully support, and highly recommend, Tamara and her team and wish them all the best in the future.

Tamara and Kylie have taken over the management of my rental in Narangba, their communication and willingness to assist me as an interstate owner has really been exceptional and I highly recommend them.

Tamara rented this property before we even got the photos to go to market. We have now had our tenants for a couple of months and they seem great and everything is running smoothly!
