Tamara and her team have done a fantastic job since starting to manage our property. Our experience with North Brisbane Real Estate has been very smooth from selecting tenants in a matter of days to providing good advice on a number of topics for our property. I really appreciate the responsiveness and efficiency of Tamara and Kylie to deal with all aspects of property management. Highly recommended.
North Brisbane Real Estate
Fantastic service. Went above and beyond to assist me in renting out my home. Had a letting agreement with tenants within 1 week for the price I was hoping for. Everything ran smoothly.
North Brisbane Real Estate
I highly recommend Tamara and her Team. Tamara is the property agent we have been looking for. She's honest and transparent. We have been with a few agents who are overly pushy, lack of transparency, and others are keep calling me to put our offers higher, its like playing the games and that turned us off. Thanks to Tamara and team for a smooth deal and for managing our property as well. We will definitely choose your company again for another investment property.

I recently worked with Tamara from North Brisdbane Real Estate to rent out my investment property, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the start, Tamara was incredibly professional, efficient, and proactive in handling everything related to renting my property. They took the time to understand my needs as a property owner, offering valuable advice on rental pricing based on current market trends. The marketing of my property was top-notch, with high-quality photos , ensuring maximum exposure. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail during the tenant screening process. They took extra steps to ensure that the tenants were reliable and had the right background, giving me peace of mind knowing my property was in good hands.

She is clear with her expectations, open minded and very easy to deal with. She listens patiently and willing to give to us multiple options. We recently chose North Brisbane Real Estate for our rent roll, and we’re so glad we did! After renovating one of our investment properties, we were hoping to get a higher return, and the team really listened to what we wanted. Even with a few similar properties on the market, they worked hard, held a few open homes, and found us great tenants who are planning to stay long-term. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! Big thanks to Tamara and the whole team for making the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Tamara and Nathan run a top notch agency. In 2022 they sold us our first home - everything went so smooth - no issues at all - and have made two wonderful friends We have now leased that house and engaged North Brodbane Real Estate as property management - again the transition from owner occupier to landlord was smooth and amazing!! Thanks Tamara and Nathan 🥰
