This one was a long sale process due to the nature of the property, and Pauls advice, direction, and strategy was worth its weight in gold. He really worked hard for this one but at all times was polite, helpful, insightful, and gave excellent direction. Couldn’t recommend him any higher. You’d be mad not to go with Paul.
