It is so good to have Branka and the Novak team to keep me informed during these stressful times as a landlord.

Zero substance beneath the slick facade
As an owner of 4 rental properties living interstate, I rely heavily on my Agent to manage issues with tenants and the properties themselves in a timely and effective manner. However, unless you are willing to accept their lazy, minimalist approach to solving any issues that arise (which basically involves advocating the tenants' point of view, accepting damage as wear and tear / no fault, calling for a professional in lieu of asking a tenant to show some basic initiative etc), you will be forced to either actively intervene or simply grit your teeth as you're hit with high cost, poor quality outcomes that prove they really don't care about anything other than being paid their exorbitant percentage commission against rent received. Expect to make multiple follow-ups over an extended period before you see anything but the simplest of issues resolved. I have yet to experience a truly customer-focused (recognising the Landlord as their client) service-oriented Agency who do anything but drop the ball once their exclusive contract (licence to print money) is signed and the honeymoon period is over. I have grown to hate Managing Agents en masse over a period of more than 15 years as a Landlord. Novak are no different, I was naive to believe their hype and think that they might be.

Branka and team
Branka and team have been superb over the years. It is now nine years since we first used Novak, with Branka at helm for most of them. Communication has been excellent as well as dealing with any issues with tenants.

Moderately Mediocre
Very hard to get a hold of, often reply 2-3 days later. Had to deal with one very rude staff member as well. On the whole, nice enough people but maybe taking on more than they can handle because communication is poor at best.

Ok Agency!
So far so good. However I still waiting for Pravin to show me where exactly is our spot for the car park coz our contract with Novak is 1 year and I believe in the contract said that we can have free parking slot. But since we move here, Pravin only told me to put my car in spot 26 temporarily and some days we still lose our spot in the evening after I come back from work, so I had to park my car outside on the road. One more thing is that I want to ask about the button that we have to press when smoke alarm is activate so we can turn it off because we cook inside. Thanks.

Amazing agency
The beautiful staff at Novak are amazing. They treat you like a family i have never had an amazing experience as a renter but being a first time Novaker i will hope to only stay with them.

A Very Pleased Landlord
I have had my DY property managed by Novak for many years and am very satisfied by their service. The property has always been tenanted and regularly inspected by Novak. When an upgrade was required recently, the whole process was managed by Novak and spent a minimum amount of time vacant.

Overall is okay if I exclude tiny parking space and there is no exhaust fan in the customized kitchen
