Excellent service
During the last 12 to 15 months I lived through the unfortunate experience of a neighbouring tenant's behaviour severely impacting my tenants - to the point where consecutive tenants were both forced to depart, because of constant intimidation. The situation has since resolved itself. During that time Vatsal and his team provided great support and advice. They were also instrumental in securing a new tenant in quick time and for a better rental return than previous. I thoroughly recommend the team, particularly Vatsal. In an industry that is all about Trust I found it reassuring to have Novak's team supporting me.
