Once chosen as the selling agent, Brock prepared all marketing materials promptly. It only took 2 weeks from marketing the property before we received a solid offer which then turned into a 4-week settlement and completed sale. It was such a smooth process and all within 2 months from start to finish! The only other thing to mention, was that as owner, I didn't see the ad before it went live. The often important community drawcards such as close proximity to shops, cafes and bars and bike paths direct to the city, were not included in the marketing detail. This was simply to help appeal to the broader buyer. Brock added this quickly once requested and removed some unnecessary photos from the online ad.
