Knowledgeable, Responsive and Reasonably Priced
We found that Brock had a good understanding f the Highgate market. Through our research we found that he was the best priced and most responsive to our queries. The sale of our property went smoothly and he was quite hands on in dealing with issues raised by the buyer through the structural inspection process. We had a positive experience and would use him again.

Good agent, great bloke
Steve was very professional and made my wife and I very comfortable with purchasing our investment property. At no point did it feel like he was trying to sell us something and he was able to answer all of our questions. Would happily work with him again

despite my property coming for sale 'out-of-cycle' with very low enquiry rate, Steve closed the sale
despite my property coming up for sale 'out-of-cycle' with a consequent very low enquiry rate, Steve Lorrimar was able to attract a buyer using his wise advertising and with a minimum of fuss or harsh bargaining close the sale, all consistent with his previous good record selling other properties for me

Efficient purchasing procedure finally secured my new home
Almost at the point of giving up my search for a home in Perth I finally found the right place. Steve Lorrimar introduced me to a small apartment that fitted my requirements. I was pleased to find a place that needed little renovation - just a few modifications. Having just returned to Perth after several years overseas, I needed all sorts of information not only about the property, but the whole process of buying a place, the expenses involved and the rights of both purchaser and seller. Fortunately Steve was helpful in every respect and was prompt in replying to my queries and negotiations with the seller. The purchase went without a hitch and in timely fashion.

Steve sold our property
I met Steve lorrimar because he had done a review for my parents many years ago . I approached Steve to see if he would take on the sale off our property . With no hesitation Steve said yes my wife and I felt very comfortable with the way Steve came across in a very professional manner. He kept in contact with us through out the whole process letting us know what was happening and as he told us at the start he would sell the property he did so.Therefore we are very happy with his service

Holding steady through tough times
We put our 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment on the market in early February with high expectations it would sell quickly and for the right price. Unfortunately COVID19 came along and threw a spanner in the works. Not knowing how to play the market in such unprecedented times, we found Brock to be an honest, realistic and clear thinking agent who Helped us navigate the situation and price our apartment accordingly. He let us decide our own home opens and viewing by appointments which is really convenient for us having busy work lives. We trust his judgment on potential buyers that came through the apartment and eventually we received the right offer after a back and forth situation which for us as sellers was an anxious time. Brock’s patience throughout the whole process from the offer to settlement showed he has done this many times before and we know now why Having a wealth of experience counts for everything when you need a real estate agent to rely on. We will not hesitate to recommend Brock to anyone and Have already passed his name on to close family friends.
