We put our 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment on the market in early February with high expectations it would sell quickly and for the right price. Unfortunately COVID19 came along and threw a spanner in the works. Not knowing how to play the market in such unprecedented times, we found Brock to be an honest, realistic and clear thinking agent who Helped us navigate the situation and price our apartment accordingly. He let us decide our own home opens and viewing by appointments which is really convenient for us having busy work lives. We trust his judgment on potential buyers that came through the apartment and eventually we received the right offer after a back and forth situation which for us as sellers was an anxious time.
