Brock knew exactly which marketing strategies worked. He engaged the best photographer, got our house listed at the top of the major real estate website and generated enormous interest for our first home open. We had a written offer in our hands, at our asking price (which set a new record for that type of property in our area), in a market in which other properties weren't selling. Settlement was pretty smooth, there was a minor issue where he entered the wrong settlement date on the Offer and Acceptance, but other than that the process was so smooth that I can't recommend Brock highly enough.
