He engaged the best photographer, got our house listed at the top of the major real estate website and generated enormous interest for our first home open. We had a written offer in our hands, at our asking price (which set a new record for that type of property in our area), in a market in which other properties weren't selling. Settlement was pretty smooth, there was a minor issue where he entered the wrong settlement date on the Offer and Acceptance, but other than that the process was so smooth that I can't recommend Brock highly enough.
