Communication excellence
Gerda called an held my hand through the entire process, answering all questions no matter how stupid they were. Our transaction was very difficult (in no way her fault) but she kept us in the loop the whole way. Thanks team

A Positive Experience
Having Gerda sell our home was a wonderful experience. Gerda was friendly and in contact throughout the sale process. Gerda gave a realistic valuation and the sale price reflected that. I would definitely recommend Gerda to sell your home.

Excellent communication and knowledge and could not fault their professionalism
I was very happy with all aspects of selling my house, I was kept up to date and knew what was going on at all times, if I was to sell again I would definitely use Gorda again and would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends

Excellent Agent
Gerda Oakley is a very professional agent who knows real estate very well and being a local she knows the area very well. She was always friendly and very helpful. She made the whole process easy to get through. I am very happy with my new house. She even assisted me with a couple of things that weren't even related to the house, that's how helpful she is. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Gerda.

Property purchase
Jeff and Gerda were absolutely fantastic. I purchased a property after looking at many others on the market over an extended period of time. Gerda communicated well and was very supportive and compassionate during the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to other buyers .
