Joanne was patient, understanding, had all the required information and knowledge about the proposed property, nothing was too much trouble. She was also down to earth and practical which I truly appreciated. I'd recommend Joanne to the first home buyer or to the experienced purchaser. Well prepared and helpful.

Beyond expectations
excellent communication and effort and helping out on letting us know who to contact and phone numbers. Any time we left messages she contacted us with a very quick response. Went out of her way to make transition from our city life to country life. Made us feel at home

The best agent I ever used
My sale Of my home was because of ill health. I found Gerda went beyond the duties of a real estate agent in her efforts to make the experience less stressful. I cannot say how highly I rate her. I have seen over the years how kind and generous with her time to new members of the town has been. She a amazing human and asset to any company

Extremely Happy
Gerda was really professional, kept us updated all the time and explained everything, as buying a house can be very stressful, Gerda helped the process to go smoothly. Gerda put us in touch with an conveyancer, and a number of tradesman in town. She also arranged a quick settlement, and made us feel very welcome with a gift basket on settlement day. Thank you Gerda for all you have done with buying our house in Peterborough. Really appreciate it.

Great communication and service
Joanne was very knowledgeable of the local market, clearly outlining the best strategy to sell our property. Her communication throughout the entire process was great, going above and beyond fixing small things while we were away and even mowing the lawns to keep the property presentable during inspections. Great local agent.
