The process of selling my home in Peterborough through Jeff & Gerda was a dream beyond even my wildest hopes. The entire process was nothing short of surreal, and even today, a week after settlement, I still get tingles to think of how superbly everything went. Support the only local real estate agents - they've been in business for 26 years! - and experience the difference!

We had a great experience with Gerda. She was empathic to our cause and at the same time, mindful of her vendor. We had to jump through a few hoops, but Gerda advised and guided us through it successfully. The whole process was easy and I suspect it was made much easier from the experience that Gerda has dealing with Real Estate.

Joanne displayed outstanding professionalism in showing me the available properties in an unbiased manner. She was courteous, helpful in responding to enquiries about the property, and providing advice in a timely manner. Her local knowledge was outstanding in being able to recommend professional property services to assist with the purchase of my property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joanne to any potential vendor or buyer as the experience was pleasant, devoid of any pressure from the agent who was clear and precise with the information she supplied.

Gerda is a wonderful person to deal with, fantastic help with the sale of my mother's house. If there was a problem or I was not sure about something she had the answer if, not she, would happily find out.
