Joe was brilliant in his ability to communicate. We had several appraisals and felt that other estate agents were after a quick Sale. Joe was patient, honest and forthright. He has a broad understanding of what is necessary to work with both seller and buyer. His market knowledge is extensive and he works in a friendly but very professional way.
