We engaged Joe because was my personal banker and we heard he had entered the real estate industry Knowing his integrity we were comfortable in knowing that whatever he said we could rely upon. Joe's market appraisal was spot on with the price we achieved. The purchasers strove to have the contract negated ,without reason, but Joe worked tirelessly to ensure that this did not happen. The purchasers were extremely difficult to deal with but Joe showed great tact and exceptional restraint when dealing with them. We would highly recommend Joe to anyone wishing to sell their property.
