Joe approached us about selling, and every step of the way was communicative, clear, and professional. He used several different methods to advertise our property and it sold sooner than we thought it would, at a price we were happy with. Due to Joe's excellent work, everyone walked away happy. Could not recommend him any higher.

We were very pleased with Joe's availability and knowledge of recent sales as he was new to selling real estate. He has great communication skills and was very professional in guiding us through the process with what was a very quick and unexpected sale. He was very understanding as we had to communicate with him frequently as the property was not on the market and we were unprepared for the sale. We would have no hesitation using Joe for another property sale.

We engaged Joe because was my personal banker and we heard he had entered the real estate industry Knowing his integrity we were comfortable in knowing that whatever he said we could rely upon. Joe's market appraisal was spot on with the price we achieved. The purchasers strove to have the contract negated ,without reason, but Joe worked tirelessly to ensure that this did not happen. The purchasers were extremely difficult to deal with but Joe showed great tact and exceptional restraint when dealing with them. We would highly recommend Joe to anyone wishing to sell their property.

A very pleasant experience dealing with Adam and his team. Communication was open and honest & it only took 3 months from Listing to Settlement to sell my block of land. Adam is driven to get the job done in a fair and relaxed manner.
