Max and the team at OBrien Real Estate were fabulous throughout the whole process, highly qualified and extremely relatable. Through open house inspections, auctions and phone calls Max and I had built a mutual relationship over many years, so when it came time to sell it was a “no brainer” on who to choose. The complete process felt like I had a friend guiding and assisting me from start to finish. A great result was achieved, Mum would have been proud, and Dad would have shaken his head in amazement that the property he purchased in 1940 with open paddocks at the doorstep had sold for so much money.
