I found Michelle after first dealing with other agents. She estimated the value of my house to be 200K above what the other agents were thinking. Michelle obviously knew the market much better because she sold it for this. Not appointing Michelle would have been a very expensive mistake for me. I had no idea that agents could see things so differently and could make such a difference. My strong advice for any Vendor is no to sell or list with another agent before speaking to Michelle.
