Michelle is absolutely excellent at her job. This is the second time I have used Michelle and I don’t bother looking for anyone else. The most thing I think that stands out about Michelle is her dedication to her clients and her genuine personality. Michelle would call me every day and I mean every single day with the update regarding how many people had enquired about my property and all inspections that went ahead. I really think that is what you call exceptional customer service and I have never had this with any other real estate agent in the past. I wasn’t confident my properties would sell for a good price as both of them were not the easiest to sell because of the location one being on a busy road and the other opposite an industrial estate. However I was most happy with the price I got on both properties. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in selling.
