We met with Michelle on a Friday evening. Michelle and her team committed to preparing the property for sale, listed and open for inspection a week later on the Saturday. This included some maintenance to gardens and decking, styled with furniture, engaging a conveyancer and development of Section 32 all ready for the Saturday. I was impressed to see that this did happen. Michelle also kept us informed and up to date at every stage of the process. We never had to chase up information and we were never left wondering what’s going on. Michelle and her team do what they say they will do
