Total Satisfaction
My husband & I crossed paths with Michelle Stephens at an open house. We had already had a valuation on the property we were selling and were not looking for any others. Michelle greeted us with warmth & engaged us in conversation after we had inspected the unit. It was not for us and Michelle showed genuine interest in what type of property that we were looking for. She offered to value our home and we felt instantly comfortable with her. She has such a pleasant manner and we felt that we were being taken seriously. We put our property in her capable hands and it was sold within 5 days for the price that we had only hoped to get. Michelle was always just phone call away, always easy to contact and no question or worry that we had was ever treated as trivial and addressed professionally. The whole process was enjoyable and we were made to feel like entire team at O'Brien Real Estate Carrum Downs were working for us. Thank you so much Michelle you are awesome....

Couldnt recommend a better agent

Excellent Agent
Michelle did a fantastic job regarding the sale of our investment property in Carrum Downs. As we live 2 and a half hours away, we needed a agent that had knowledge of the area, was honest and sales driven. 1 Amazing Lady
Michelle and her team were amazing they stayed in contact with us the hole way through. We had an offer within the 1st week and Michelle said "I can get you more". The buyer would not budge so we let them go. 5 days later she had another offer better than the 1st and said again "I can get you more" and she did. Her negotiation skills are amazing and she has the people skills you want your agent to have when they are selling your house. If we sell again we will be sure to use Michelle again. Thank you again Michelle, Natalie, Tina and Liam we are ever so greatful for all your hard work.

Excellent agent and excellent results
Michelle was a excellent agent and we are thrilled we entrusted her with selling our home. Michelle had sound knowledge of the market within and around the area. Great decision to sell with Michelle!!
Unsure if I was ready to sell my property, Michelle was happy to meet for a chat anyway. I researched her sales record and after our meeting with her market knowledge and hard working attitude, I was confident she would get me what I wanted. O'Brien have very professional marketing, that and her hard working team made my open a huge success. I sold my property for more than expected, thanks to Michelle and her great team and I highly recommend her!!

Job well done!
We highly recommend Michelle to anyone thinking of selling. We were happy with Michelle's negotiation skills, getting us more for our house than we ever dreamed of. No matter what time of day or time it was Michelle answered her phone, answering question. In the end she negotiated late into the weekend night "which other agent would do that" great job Michelle thanks heaps.
