Michelle runs an impressive and efficient team. They were able to provide advice around maximising the properties value and the strategy to make it happen. They project managed all trades and stylists and once on the market we had 3 offers within 10 days. Michelle and team called back all buyers the day of the inspections which is one of the reasons that set them apart from most agents. We went to a very busy inspection and knew the property was going to be popular. Once we made our offer, the communication was great and Michelle made sure she kept us in the loop. Once we had our formal approval a time was arranged to put our sold sticker up and another walk through, everything was all done in a timely manner and initiated by Michelle & her team. Nothing has been too much trouble and it’s made our buying experience a great one!

We sold our house in Sandhurst through Michelle of O'Brien - Carrum Downs. Before selecting the agent we looked at the last 12 month's sale in Sandhurst and found that Michelle had sold 64 houses whereas her nearest competitor had sold 12. Hence we decided to go with Michelle. Right from the start Michelle was was upfront about the realistic price our house would fetch and how to go about it. Her Knowledge of Sandhurst estate was impressive and guided us correctly through the process of selling our house The staging and advertisement were done in a timely manner. Michelle kept us updated about open house times and called us after the open house to provide us a summary of the visitors and their interest in the property. She sold our house in record time of 3 weeks. We had a very positive and good experience in dealing with Michelle and her team and would highly recommend her.
