I’ve sold many places over the years but this has to be the best experience with a real estate agent I have ever had. Ben is courteous, careful and very very good at his job. We sold over the Xmas -New Year period with interest rates rising. We had two serious buyers that had offered almost identical bids. It all went seamlessly and Ben was careful to fit all the i’s and cross the t’s. Totally recommended. Thank you Ben!

Trying to sell a 2 bedroom unit in a market that suddenly became sluggish due to numerous unexpected rate rises resulting in nervous 1st home buyers, was way more difficult than I envisioned. However, I cannot thank Michelle and her team enough. She was upbeat and positive throughout the whole experience. When I was discouraged, cranky and considering taking the property off the market, Michelle hung in there. When she was unavailable, there was always an amazing team member to assist me. Whilst the decision on what to do was always mine to make, her advice was invaluable. When an offer fell through due to my mistake, Michelle didn't pause - her and her team just soldiered on to the next buyer. Whilst I've been a vendor on numerous occasions, I've never had an agent update me and be available to me so often - I appreciated that. So, if any prospective vendor is looking for an agent, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michelle and her fantastic team - you won't go wrong with them. A HUGE thank you to them all.
