Professional & Talented
Michelle has sold houses for us in the past which had incredible results. We recently purchased a property from Michelle and she was amazing, kind and professional. She is a stand out Agent, always follows up to ensure all parties are happy. I have dealt with many other agents in the past and they do not come anywhere near the professionalism of Michelle Stephens. Well Done Michelle ! Ben was professional, easy to work with, gave regular feedback, he was prompt and efficient.
I'd highly recommend using Ben to anyone selling their house. He has a fantastic knowledge of the market, and in my case, sold the property for well above the expected price. He kept in regular contact keeping us well informed with how everything was tracking. I can't speak highly enough of Ben.

3rd time lucky AGAIN!!
When you choose Michelle to look after the sale of your property you do not only get Michelle but her whole team who make this daunting task a simple one. We should know as this is the 3rd property that she has sold for us , and this last property was way out of her usual listing area. When you use Michelle and her team you can honestly relax and let them do the work and they will ALWAYS get the job done ,including having your home professionally styled if needed. Michelle always achieves an amazing outcome, a true professional in every way. Why would you use anyone else.

The best agent in town!
We bought a house from Michelle this year and were immediately impressed by her knowledge and friendly personality. When we were ready to sell just a few weeks later there was no question we wanted her to be our agent. Her passion for real estate is second to none, you can tell she lives and breathes it. She was incredibly efficient and made things happen quickly for us. House sold in only 5 days! Her whole team were a pleasure to deal with. With options like staging your home and trademen fixing thing up for you and paying on settlement being available it makes selling easy.
