The guy we first meet with at the first open for inspection was super helpful and not at all pushy and gave us the confidence to put down our first ever offer. Glad we did! Michelle's team were first class in their attitude and approach. Nothing was too difficult and was a real team approach. We met at least 4 of the team during our buying process and received messages from at least 2 others. This may sound a bit over the top, but for us it felt like we always being looked after, were up to date and fully informed informed. We had to do a few visits "on the fly" and again were accommodated with a gracious attitude. The single point of difference that stood out for us was, everyone introduced themselves as part of "Michelle's team". I have experienced with other agents some internal competition, none of that to see here.
