Michelle sold our friends property recently they couldn't have been happier, in the way she attended to business. they had no hesitation in recommending Michelle and her team. Michelle showed us she had a vast knowledge of the area, what properties were doing in an (elite area Sandhurst estate). Giving us examples of past sales,what was currently on the market and at what price compared to ours. We asked for her advise on a couple of occasions on what she thought was the best to do ? given the situation we were in and her responses were immediate, she knew her business.
